As the Product Marketing Manager at Service-now.com, Brian Surritt is responsible for strategically positioning the Service-now.com brand and applications.  Brian has over 9 years of marketing, sales, and product strategy experience in software and media industries.  Throughout his career, Brian has led product management and marketing initiatives, developed sales and partnership channels and strategies, and guided product awareness. Prior to Service-now.com, Brian drove product marketing at Jack Henry and Associates, Game Show Network, Discovery Communications and Dun & Bradstreet.   Brian is currently certified in ITIL v3 foundations.
