Our MissionWe are a member-driven organization established to support the Los Angeles area Customer Support Professionals to provide a networking forum and programs for the continuous improvement of the Customer Support Industry. We promote member collaboration, networking opportunities and educational programs leading to a better informed IT Support industry As a local chapter of the Help Desk Institute (HDI), we strive to share information about the technologies, tools, and trends of the help desk and customer support industry with our colleagues. HDI offers a variety of services to meet the evolving needs of the Help Desk and Customer Support professional.
