HDI Los
Angeles Chapter would like to acknowledge
Allison Hetrick as its Chapter's
2009
Analyst of the Year

Allison has been with Mercury Insurance since May 2006 and with the IT
Service Center since September 2006. She enjoys working in the IT
Service Center and building strong relationships with their customers.
Her dedication is admirable as she believes that "In a competitive
industry like insurance, if you don’t take care of your customers,
someone else will." This is why the training she has received from
HDI is so crucial to her own success as well as that of the IT Service
Center.
Allison holds the following certifications: HDI Customer Service
Representative, HDI Support Center Analyst, HDI Support Center Team
Lead, and the ITIL Foundations v.3 certifications. She is
currently attending the University of La Verne and pursuing her
Bachelors degree in Organizational Management with graduation on the
horizon in June 2010. After graduation she plans to pursue a Master’s
degree in Information Technology from Cal State Fullerton.
In a recent email she stated "I am extremely grateful for this
opportunity and appreciate all the support given by my supervisor, Angie
Aguilar, my co-workers, my family, and the HDI LA Chapter officers."
The officers of the chapter are proud to present her as our candidate
for the Regional nominations and wish her the best of luck in her
future. |
The HDI Los Angeles Executive Board had its annual planning meeting on Friday, August 21st, 2009. The meeting minutes can be found here.
