Director TOPIC: Learning from each other – what’s your hot topic? Kelly O’Connell, Division Director for Robert Half, lives recruitment day in and day out. Her hot topic is related to finding exceptional talent in a tough market. She will present her perspectives on the job market in IT, where to find the candidates, what are the latest trends and challenges. Her brief presentation will then be followed by facilitated round tables talking about YOUR issues. Come with a topic in mind. We’ll gather those together and, working in teams, propose solutions. We’ll be sure to take good notes and put the issues and solutions on the chapter website after the meeting. These roundtable discussions have been quite popular at many chapters across the country.
