Chapter Sponsorship Program

HDI Los Angeles provides many unique opportunities to target a dynamic group of IT Customer Service and Support industry leaders and share your organization’s brand and key message.

The Los Angeles Chapter of HDI Conducts events monthly and includes other special events.  HDI Los Angeles (www.hdila.org) is a registered non-profit organization and depends heavily on our sponsor’s support to produce these meetings and events.

HDI Los Angeles is managed by experienced and influential volunteers from the service and support industry.  Our Board of Directors is comprised of seven elected officers.

We have approximately 200 local members, most of whom are management (director, executive) level, representing some the Los Angeles area’s most prestigious companies.  The chapter meetings are intended to be informational and educational in nature and exist only to inform and educate the membership on best practices, the latest tools and technologies, and to share experiences with their peers.

HDI- Los Angeles offers three sponsorship levels for marketing your company or product.  For more information on purchasing a sponsorship, please contact Brian Gould, VP Vendor Relations at: brian.gould@hdila.org

Sponsor year runs for the 12 month period of September 1^st through August 31^st.

Platinum Sponsor  (Limit – 10 Platinum Sponsors per year, first come first served)

As a Platinum Sponsor you will get:

 Your company logo advertised on the HDI Los Angeles Chapter web site and also on our meeting/event materials for one full year.

 A reserved agenda spot to speak at one local chapter meeting or event.

 Use of one promotional table at three local chapter meetings or events.

 Platinum Sponsorship Pledge: $1500

Gold Sponsor

As a Gold Sponsor you will get:

 Your company logo advertised on the HDI Los Angeles Chapter web site and also on our meeting/event materials for six (6) months.

 Use of one promotional table at two local chapter meetings or events.

 Gold Sponsorship Pledge: $1000

Silver Sponsor

As a Silver Sponsor you will get:

 Your company logo advertised on the HDI Los Angeles Chapter web site and also on our meeting/event materials for three (3) months.

 Use of one promotional table at one local chapter meeting or event.

 Silver Sponsorship Pledge: $750

Additional Sponsor Opportunities:  HDI Analyst of the Year Awards Event, Lunch for a meeting, etc.
